Family Services Center provides free Money Management/ Budget counseling at no charge. Help is provided with household budgeting, reducing debt, investing, retirement saving (401k, IRA), improving creditworthiness, etc.
The counseling helps individuals and families improve their financial stability, avoid predatory financial services, and puts them on the path to self-sufficiency.
Additional counseling is available on home and car buying.
This program is made possible by grants from the United Way of Madison County, the Allstate Foundation, the PIMCO Foundation, Wells Fargo, RBC Bank and other organizations.
