
Family Services Center’s Anger Management Program teaches individuals how to control their behaviors and take responsibility for their actions. The program is certified by the renowned Anderson and Anderson Model, the largest provider of Certified Anger Management Facilitator training in the world.
Do You Need Anger
Management?

· Do you constantly have conflicts at home, work or school?

· Do you experience headaches, insomnia or stomach problems?

· Do you use drugs or alcohol to help you calm down?
· Do you have strong resentments from a previous relationship?
· Do you find yourself frequently getting angry during conversations?

What is Anger Management?
Family Services Center offers a ten-week course that teaches individuals how to deal with current anger issues and resentments that impede their ability to resolve issues. Classes are taught by master’s degreed counselors. The 10-week course includes the following:
· Emotional Intelligence
· How to Improve Communication
· Identifying Anger Trigger Points
· Stress Management
· How to Improve Judgment and Impulse Control
· Taking Control of Your Behavior instead of Blaming Others
When is Anger Management Taught?
Classes are taught on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. Students must select one of the two classes and attend the same class each week for ten weeks. Students must call, make an appointment to enroll, and subsequently attend an orientation. Orientations are mandatory prior to attending the classes. Details are covered in the initial appointment. A fee is involved.
