At Family Services Center, Gateway provides an Independent Living Program (ILP) for young adults aging out of foster care in north Alabama.  ILP provides these young adults the opportunity to learn about the world in a realistic, yet supportive environment.  Gateway provides role modeling, life-skills training and assistance that helps at-risk young people become contributing, stable and self-sufficient adults.
