Registration Information

 

Format:
Four-person scramble with two flights A & B.
You may assemble your own foursome, or we will be happy to place you with a team. 
 

Registration Time: 6:30 am


Shot Gun Start: 8:00 am

 

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $100 per player, which includes continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf, cart usage, tee prizes, practice range balls, and lunch.

Rain date: September 19, 2008
Driving Directions: From I-65 near Huntsville, take the I-565 East exit (exit #340).  Travel approximately 14 miles to the Governor’s Drive Exit (exit #17B).  From Governor’s Drive, travel 11 miles to Old Highway 431 South (between mile markers 325 & 326).  Turn Left on Highway 431 South.  The golf course will be on your right.

Tournament Gold Sponsor at $3000:

Includes banner with company name and logo at registration.  Name and logo on all tournament information.  Two four-player teams and choice of tee-off hole. 

 Tournament Silver Sponsor at $1500:

Includes special tournament advertising and promotion, inclusion on sponsor banner with company name and logo at tournament registration, single special thanks recognition location in tournament program, hole or tee sign, one four-player team, and choice of tee-off hole.

Photography Sponsor at $1500:

Includes company logo on photos of teams in professional folder handed out to each player during the luncheon. Also includes special tournament advertising and promotion, signs at registration, and one four-player team.

Lunch or Beverage Cart at $1200:

Includes special tournament advertising and promotion, signs at registration and on luncheon tables/beverage carts, and one four-player team.
