In the blink of an eye, our lives and the lives of our family and friends can be changed. It requires an immense amount of trust to talk to someone about difficult experiences, let alone a complete stranger. Accepted Health Plans
In additional to accepting a variety of health insurance plans we are a service provider for many local employers who provide Employee Assistance Programs to their employees and families. Check with your employer to see if they provide an employee assistance program and get a list of providers. In many cases EAP services have a no-cost counseling option.
